A different lens

Model a faster payoff before you commit to one.

Every tracked loan gets a standard amortization schedule. Add a recurring extra payment, a one-time lump sum, or both, and see the projected payoff date and interest saved update immediately—so you can decide whether it's worth it before you send the money.

The ClearCash difference

Your share, calculated automatically.

Co-own a property or a loan with a partner or family member? Share it with a group and its split percentage applies automatically—nothing to split by hand. A property and its linked loan can each carry their own split, and your personal net worth applies both correctly.

  • A property and its linked loan can carry different splits.
  • Each split applies automatically to your personal net worth.
  • View-only shares stay visible without contributing to your total.

Questions, answered

Details that matter.

How do property and loans affect my net worth?

A property's current value is included as an asset. A loan remains a liability, so its outstanding balance reduces your net worth whether or not it is linked to the property.

Where does a property's value come from?

You enter and update property values yourself. ClearCash keeps the valuation history, but it does not currently pull estimates from Zillow or another automated valuation service.

Can I see how extra payments change my payoff date?

Yes. For fixed-rate loans, ClearCash projects a payoff date and total interest, then lets you model a recurring extra payment or a one-time lump sum to see the new date and interest saved. Try the math first with the free loan payoff calculator — no account required.

What is a student loan group, and does PSLF tracking work automatically?

A group aggregates several student loans into one view — total balance, blended rate, and combined payment. PSLF status appears automatically only when your loan data comes from a connected institution that reports enrollment; manually tracked loans don't show it.

What if my split on the property is different from the loan?

That's fine — a property and its linked loan can each carry their own split. If you own a rental 60/40 with a partner but the mortgage is split 50/50, your personal net worth applies each split separately: 60% of the property's value and 50% of the loan's balance.
