This Cookie Policy explains how ClearCash ("we," "us," or "our") uses cookies and similar technologies on the ClearCash website at https://clearcash.app, the ClearCash product app at https://my.clearcash.app, and related products and services (the "Services").

Summary

• We do not use third-party analytics, advertising, tracking pixels, or session replay cookies in the Services.
• We use cookies and similar technologies that are necessary to provide authentication, security, payments, account linking, and app functionality.
• Google, Stripe, and Plaid scripts are loaded only when you request the related feature.
• The public website may use strictly necessary Cloudflare security cookies to protect against abuse, bot traffic, and security threats.

Strictly necessary app technologies

The App may use cookies, local storage, session storage, IndexedDB, or similar browser storage to keep you signed in, protect your account, remember app state, support secure API requests, and operate the product. These technologies are necessary for the App to function and cannot be disabled without affecting the service.

Authentication and security

ClearCash uses Supabase for account authentication and application backend services. Supabase and ClearCash may use browser storage or security-related cookies to maintain your session and protect your account.

We may also use Cloudflare for security and delivery infrastructure. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary cookies or use similar technologies to protect the Services from abuse, bot traffic, and security threats.

Google Sign-In

If you choose "Continue with Google," your browser is redirected to Google's own sign-in page to authenticate. We do not load any Google script on our pages before you choose that option. Google sets its own cookies on its own domain as part of that sign-in step. Google's processing is governed by Google's own policies.

Stripe payments

If you choose to start a subscription checkout, we load Stripe.js to process payment and fraud-prevention checks. We do not load Stripe.js before you request checkout. Stripe sets its own cookies during checkout for payment processing, fraud prevention, and security. The specific cookies Stripe uses are determined and documented by Stripe, not by us, and may change at any time.

Plaid account linking

If you choose to link a financial institution, we load Plaid Link so you can connect your account. We do not load Plaid Link before you request account linking. Plaid may use cookies or similar technologies during the account-linking flow.

No analytics or advertising cookies

We do not use third-party analytics cookies, behavioral advertising cookies, cross-site tracking pixels, or session replay tools in the Services. We also do not sell cookie-derived browsing data or share it for targeted advertising.

Managing cookies

You can delete cookies and browser storage through your browser settings. If you block or delete necessary cookies or storage, parts of the App may stop working, including login, checkout, and account-linking flows.
